The latch lock on the front door to the room was completely broken. The lock on the window was also broken. Both the latch lock on the front door and the window lock were both broken. The staff is always outstanding! The location is very very good. Very competitive rates. Just make sure that all the locks in the room are functional.

The closest location to Knott's Berry Farm (directly across the street) with praiseworthy staff and a "home-ish" feel. I've visited every Motel 6 location within a 20 mile radius and this location will always be our comfort zone. No bugs, endless entertainment options, friendly faces, mall less than 5 minutes away and close to major freeways.
