My mother is in the hospital passing and the staff here has been great downtown San Diego really helped my wife. Latoya is really good at what she does and made sure my wife and my family were comfortable. Stephanie was amazing. Making sure we could find a room for my wife and family. And then David was a breath of fresh air. He made sure that the room had all the accommodations needed, and my wife was greatly appreciative. Latoya had a problem with one of the people coming in. She handled herself very professional not sure how she did it. my wife said she could’ve never did it however she did it and I recommend this place The staff is probably the best I have ever seen at what they do I would ask for Latoya or David or Stephanie when you come in they will treat you like family. I am also a disabled individual and In Latoya made sure my parking was accommodated.
