The noise from the nearby freeway was quite bothersome, and the numerous signs urging guests to lock their doors gave me the impression that the area wasn't very safe, which felt excessive. While the room appeared to be clean at first glance, the bed sheets were noticeably linty, and the toilet seemed to have been cleaned in a hurry without a thorough job, as it looked like the seat hadn't even been lifted. I can manage a better cleaning at home, where the toilet sees far less use.

This hotel has fantastic curb appeal, and the upkeep is top-notch! The housekeeping team is truly remarkable; I was especially impressed by the lovely staff in room 236—they really know how to keep things sparkling clean. Management could benefit from a bit more training on online bookings and consistency with their policies, but overall, my stay was delightful. I'd suggest investing in some cost-effective office supplies to save a bit on expenses. Looking forward to my next visit!
