The room was very comfortable. My only concern was that the frame on the window was bent as if someone had tried to pull it off.

Toilet ran continuously Generally quiet, feel comfortable parking my vehicle there. Normally the toilet isn’t an issue, see above comment. It just was in the last room I was in. Normally the heaters work ok. One room I stay in the heater barely works so I always bring a space heater with me as a backup. Overall rooms are clean and I feel comfortable there.
