The Air Conditioner wasn't working in room 222. But the desk attendant came up and tried to see if he could fix it. To no avail we got a different room. Rolled the dice on the AC unit working. Luckily in room 243 the AC worked great. Only thing was a room connected to ours on the other side of the building was up all night yelling and playing music. So was kept up most of the night.

The employees assisted me and showed me to my room. I had another employee who came to assist me with cable TV. I usually could figure out hdmi 1 and 2 on remote to get to a channel, but couldn't figure this one out. So that was nice. Recommendations to nearby restaurants were also helpful. Have at least a small microwave or fridge in all units or small coffee pots. Easier tv remote.
