Great location. Room conversion could but more thought out. The position of the refrigerator blocked access to the one bed. Placing it against the wall next to the desk would have made more sense. Also, the room need to have at least one cooktop of some sort. Even a single induction cooktop would be an added bonus. Especially for those staying for extended time. You can get one at IKEA for $55.00. Would increase satisfaction scores 10 fold.
