Friendly staff, nice part of town, normal guests, basic kinda room but was comfortable and clean, with cold AC with NO-UNWANTED-LIFE-FORMS that are typical in places twice as expensive - so I was very happy. I was broke and it took a while to get my $50 deposit back so I suggest you pay that in cash rather than wait for it to be refunded to your credit or debit card. I don't tolerate banking BS. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, where the staff is welcoming and the rooms are spotless. I particularly appreciate its dog-friendly policy. The General Manager is very kind, and the housekeeping team is not only friendly but also does an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms!
