Some of the other clientele. Rebecca at your front desk is EXCEPTIONAL, & a TRUE asset to your company. She was SUCH a delight, and honestly, we'd stay at your hotel again just because of her. Our room needed some repairs to the walls and fixtures, the toilet never stopped running, and the floors were filthy (CLEARLY baby been mopped in weeks). BUT, the positives of your free pet stay policy and Rebecca's kind and welcoming personality in your front desk area overshadowed any negatives.

Everything was great about our stay except for one thing. The big planters filled with sand between the doors of all the room encouraged smokers to stand right outside the door and suck on cigarettes constantly. Every time you opened the door, smoke came wafting in or you had to walk through it. Disgusting. Make them go stand somewhere else in a common space besides right outside a potential non-smoker's room.
