The room was reasonably priced and met my expectations. I want to give kudos to the housekeeping staff for ensuring that the bed, towels, and floor were all clean. I have no issues to report; the bed was cozy, the shower had hot water, and the TV functioned well. It was quite basic, and the neighborhood wasn't the best, so I chose to stay indoors.

The customer service was exceptional, and the room was modern and attractive. Although the hotel is situated in a questionable neighborhood, it is conveniently near NRG and restaurants, and I never felt unsafe during my stay. However, our room had a smell of smoke, and I would have preferred having a comforter or blanket instead of just a sheet.
