I don't frequent there as often as I used to but I still love this place. They have had many updates to the property. New laundry facility and canteen area. As well as a few other updates to the parking lots. New owners and better management which says a lot because the customer service here has always been great. This place is conveniently located right off the 880 freeway and next to a little shopping center offering a handful of restaurants a donut shop a liquor store and a Lucky's grocery store. About 2 or 3 blocks away from a nice quiet lovely park right off of Paseo Padre. Quarry lakes for fishing and walking and Coyote hills for hiking are both about a 10 minute drive away.

I enjoyed my stay at the property, as the customer service was professional and the unit was tidy and clean, providing a great environment for a short rest and a comfortable bathing experience. However, I would appreciate guidance on whether a $1 tip is appropriate for daily housekeeping during my brief visit and for the customer service staff. Thank you!
