I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the motel. The staff is always courteous and professional. My only concern was the time it took for hot water to reach the shower nozzle. I turned the hot water to the tub, the kitchenette sink and the bathroom room sink and then hot water was available. Not a big issue, I did eventually have hot water. I always stay at this Studio 6 (even when it was Motel 6) when I visit family. It is close, it is clean, safe and reasonably priced.

The Manager and all Staff were so sweet and hospitable, and I felt extremely safe at this motel, even at night. Rooms are on the smaller side, but are well maintained, and I could trust the bedding was clean. They supply plenty of soap and fresh towels, and the mini kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

At the time of check-in, all guests (whether individual or group reservations) must present valid, government issued identification and may be required to present a valid credit, debit or bank card or debit card that matches the name on the confirmed reservation and the ID provided. If the guest is using a bank card or debit card, the card may be authorized for the amount of the stay plus incidentals, and those funds may not be released for up to 2 weeks depending on individual bank policies. Daily housekeeping for guests staying multiple nights may be limited.
Non-refundable pet fee of $10.00 per day up to a maximum of $100.00 per stay.
A refundable deposit of $20.00 is required at check-in for all daily guests and $100.00 is required at check-in for all weekly or monthly guests. Upon check-out, once room verified for damages, deposit will be released immediately however bank may not be released for up to week depending on individual bank policies.
