This place has its bumbs and bruises but overall it's one of the best places to stay the saff here is great but MARIA at the front desk is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay here is as close as you can get to making you feel like you're at home she will go out of her way to make sure you are happy with your room she is definitely the definition of what real customer service is supposed to be i just hope they recognize what an amazing employee they have.

I had the ADA room and the toilet seat was completely loose. If I were to try to use it I would definitely fall and there is no way I can get up as I am paralyzed. The bed height was wonderful. The shower was not usable for my particular situation as it is a tub and I need a transfer bench that reaches the outer edge of the tub area. No handheld shower even if I could get into the tub.
