It was convenient & economical -- the only issue I had was I tried to use my AARP member discount - but because I made reservation via the Motel 6 app the hotel staff could not change rate app assigned - APP needs to be improved to make it easy to apply AARP membership to account for future stays

I arrived at the hotel and was excited to settle in, but I noticed an unexpected visitor in my room. I decided to check out right away. The staff was friendly and understanding when I requested a refund, even though I had to find another place to stay that night.
