The door was very hard to unlock with the card key. I mentioned it to the fromt desk who made me a new card but it didnt solve the problem. I felt that this was a safety issue not being able to get into my door quickly The door would not open with the card key. There is something wrong with the lock I would have liked a new room with a better lick

I loved how friendly the staff were and that the rooms looked freshly renovated and clean. The only thing that could be improved is that you can hear everything happening in the halls and rooms around you. Luckily, all the other guests were courteous of this, so it wasn't a bother. This is by far the most satisfied I've been with the price paid vs. product received from a hotel.
