1.1 The App install contest 'App It to Win It' is organized by G6 Hospitality LLC, a registered organization in the United States of America, with its registered office at 6509 Windcrest Dr., Suite 100, Plano, Texas 75024.
2.1 'App It to Win It' contest is open to residents of the United States of America aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of G6 Hospitality LLC and their immediate family members.
3.1 'App It to Win It' contest Entry:
3.2 Each download constitutes one entry into the 'App It to Win It' contest. The mobile number or email address entered once used for login or registration shall not be used to re-enter app install contest.
3.3 No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
3.4 Void where prohibited by law.
4.1 The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM CT on March 26, 2026 and end at 11:59 PM CT on March 26, 2027.
4.2 Eligible winners will be announced after 1 month of successful install & sign up.
4.3 The eligible winners will be notified by Email or SMS.
4.4 The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by an internally audited system.
4.5 The prize shall be 1 Free night's stay valued at approximately $100 at selected participating Motel 6 properties.
Free Uber Eats vouchers, valued at $15 maximum capping.
5.1 Eligible winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being notified.
5.2 If a prize remains unclaimed after the specified period, it will be considered forfeited and G6 Hospitality may allocate the prize in another manner, as deemed appropriate. The unclaimed prize cannot be contested at any point of time.
5.3 The receipt of prize is contingent upon the My6 app to be active in the winner's phone and the same should not be deleted.
5.4 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6.1 By entering the 'App It to Win It' contest, participants give their irrevocable and unconditional consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for receiving promotional and marketing communications related to the contest and G6 Hospitality, without compensation.
6.2 The participants have read the terms and conditions of the 'App It to Win It' contest and have no objection in relation to G6 Hospitality using the personal data and shall at no time object or dispute the same.
6.3 Uber Eats is not a sponsor of this promotion.
7.1 Personal information provided by participants will be processed in accordance with G6 Hospitality's Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. data protection laws, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.1 G6 Hospitality reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official website.

11.3 G6 Hospitality is not responsible for, and will void entries submitted but not received, for any reason including, but not limited to, the following:

11.5 G6 Hospitality reserves the right to substitute a prize of "equal or greater value" in the event that a listed prize is not available.
