1. Organizer

1.1 The “6th drop Saving’s Day Promotional Benefit Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is administered by G6 Hospitality LLC (“G6”), with its registered office at 6509 Windcrest Dr. Ste. 100, Plano, TX 75024, USA

2. Eligibility

  1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.
  2. Employees, contractors, representatives, or agents of G6, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) are not eligible to participate.
  3. Residents of jurisdictions where promotional giveaways are restricted or prohibited by law (“Prohibited States”) are not eligible. Entries originating from such jurisdictions shall be void
  4. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by G6, which are final and binding.

3. Promotional Period

  1. The Promotional Period begins at 12:00 AM EST on March 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 6, 2026.
  2. Only bookings completed within this period qualify for entry into the Giveaway.

4. Nature of the Giveaway

  1. This Giveaway is a complimentary promotional benefit offered exclusively to guests who complete a valid booking during the Promotional Period.
  2. The hotel booking itself provides full commercial value to the participants.
  3. Entry into the Giveaway is automatic and incidental to the booking. No separate registration, payment, or consideration is required.
  4. The Giveaway does not constitute a lottery, sweepstakes, or contest requiring independent entry.
  5. Completion of a qualifying booking does not guarantee a prize.
  6. The Giveaway consists of the following promotional elements:
    • 6% Standard Discount + 6% Extra Off on eligible bookings
    • Free Stay Rewards for six (6) selected participant
    • 600 Uber Eats vouchers for selected participants
    • Book six (6) or more consecutive nights at the same participating property and receive up to twenty percent 20%.
    These elements are promotional benefits and do not constitute a lottery or paid sweepstakes.

5. How to Qualify

  1. A participant automatically qualifies if all the following conditions are met:
    1. A valid hotel booking is completed at any Motel 6 or Studio 6 property through any official booking channel (My6 mobile app, Motel 6 mobile website, or Motel 6 desktop website) 11:59 PM EST on March 6, 2026.
    2. The booking is for a stay with a check-out date on or before March 31, 2026.
    3. The booking remains valid and is not cancelled prior to check-out.
  2. Each unique booking ID constitutes one (1) entry.
  3. Multiple bookings made by the same participant will not result in multiple entries.
  4. Duplicate or invalid booking entries will be disqualified.
  5. Eligibility for the Giveaway Rewards and promotional discounts (including “6% Extra Off”) requires that the booking be completed through an official channel and remain uncancelled until check-out.

6. Promotional Savings Benefit

  1. Guests completing a qualifying booking during the Promotional Period will automatically receive a 6% standard discount plus an additional 6% promotional discount (total 12%) on all eligible properties.
  2. The additional 6% promotional discount (“6% Extra Off”) is valid only during the Promotional Period and is subject to availability.
  3. The “6% Extra Off” discount is available exclusively on bookings completed through the My6 mobile app & Web. Bookings made via third-party platforms are not eligible for the additional 6% promotional discount.
  4. Additionally, bookings that include a stay of six (6) or more consecutive nights at the same participating property may qualify for up to twenty percent (20%) total savings off the eligible rate. This benefit is subject to availability, may not be offered at all properties or for all dates, is not combinable with other offers unless expressly stated, and applies only to bookings that meet all requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

7. Rewards and Promotional Gifts

7.1 Rewards

  1. In addition to the promotional discounts, participants completing a valid booking during the Promotional Period will automatically stand a chance to win one of the following Giveaway Rewards, awarded through the selection process outlined in Section 8:
  2. Six (6) selected lucky winners each stand a chance to receive one (1) complimentary night stay at any Motel 6 or Studio 6 property.
    • The stay must be completed within the redemption period specified by G6.
    • Room availability and blackout periods may apply.
  3. Six hundred (600) selected lucky winners will each stand a chance to receive one (1) $6 Uber Eats voucher, delivered via email to their registered booking email address.
  4. All eligible participants also receive the 6% Extra Off benefit described in Section 6, regardless of whether they are selected for a Giveaway reward.

7.2 Mutually Exclusive Rewards

  1. Each participant is eligible for only one (1) reward.
  2. Participants receiving a free night stay will not receive a voucher, and vice versa.
  3. No participant may receive multiple nights or multiple vouchers.

8. Reward Selection Process

  1. Winners will be selected using an automated randomization tool (e.g., Google Random Number Generator) conducted 30 days after the participant’s check-out date.
  2. Only valid, completed, and uncanceled bookings will be eligible for the selection process.

9. Reward Notification and Claim

  1. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their booking.
  2. Winners must claim their reward within 15 calendar days of notification.
  3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except at G6’s sole discretion.

10. Additional Conditions

  1. G6 reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.
  2. Rewards are provided “as-is.”
  3. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations arising from the acceptance or use of the reward.

11. Publicity Consent

  1. By entering the Giveaway, participants grant G6 a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use their name, likeness, and photographs for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, without compensation.
  2. Participants acknowledge and consent to G6’s use of personal data for purposes related to the Giveaway, as described in G6’s Privacy Policy.

12. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with G6’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Limitations of Liability

  1. G6 is not liable for:
  2. Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected bookings.
  3. Technical errors, system failures, or service interruptions.
  4. Booking cancellations made by the participants.
  5. Incorrect, invalid, or outdated contact information.
  6. Force major events beyond G6’s control.
  7. G6’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the promotional reward.

15. Disqualification

  1. G6 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
  2. Tampers with the booking or entry process.
  3. Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  4. Engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
  5. All disqualification decisions made by G6 are final and binding.

16. Amendments

  1. G6 may amend, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any changes will be posted on G6’s official Terms & Conditions page and take immediate effect upon publication.

17. Brand Disclaimer

  1. Uber Eats is not affiliated with, endorsing, or sponsoring this Giveaway in any capacity.

19. Final Provisions

  1. Completion of a qualifying booking signifies the participant’s full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. This document constitutes the entire agreement governing the 6th Drop Promotional Benefit Giveaway and supersedes all prior communications or understandings related thereto.
