6th Drop Savings Day Promotional Benefit Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

1.1 The “6th Drop Savings Day Promotional Benefit Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is administered by G6 Hospitality LLC (“G6”), with its registered office at 6509 Windcrest Dr. Ste. 100, Plano, TX 75024, USA.

2. Eligibility

  1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.
  2. Employees, contractors, representatives, or agents of G6, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
  3. Residents of jurisdictions where promotional giveaways are restricted or prohibited by law (“Prohibited States”) are not eligible. Entries originating from such jurisdictions shall be void.
  4. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by G6, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Promotional Period

  1. The Promotional Period begins at 12:00 PM local time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 6:00 PM local time on September 6, 2026.
  2. Only bookings completed during the Promotional Period qualify for entry into the Giveaway.

4. Nature of the Giveaway

  1. This Giveaway is a complimentary promotional benefit offered exclusively to guests who complete a valid qualifying booking during the Promotional Period.
  2. The hotel booking itself provides full commercial value to the participant.
  3. Entry into the Giveaway is automatic and incidental to the qualifying booking. No separate registration, payment, or additional consideration is required.
  4. The Giveaway does not constitute a lottery, sweepstakes, or contest requiring independent entry.
  5. Completion of a qualifying booking does not guarantee receipt of a reward.
  6. The Giveaway consists of the following promotional benefits:
    • Free Stay Rewards for six (6) selected participants
    • Up to $50 Amazon Voucher
    • Up to $20 Uber Eats Voucher
    These promotional benefits are offered as part of the Giveaway and are not intended to constitute a paid lottery or sweepstakes.

5. How to Qualify

  1. A participant automatically qualifies if all the following conditions are met:
    1. A valid hotel booking is completed through the My6 mobile app during the Promotional Period, from 12:00 PM on September 1, 2026, through 6:00 PM on September 6, 2026, based on the participant's applicable local time zone.
    2. The booking is for a stay with a check-out date on or before Oct 30, 2026.
    3. The booking remains valid and is not cancelled prior to check-out.
  2. Each unique user ID may constitute one (1) entry.
  3. Multiple bookings made by the same participant will not result in multiple entries.
  4. Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted, regardless of the number of bookings made.
  5. Duplicate or invalid booking entries may be disqualified.
  6. Eligibility for Giveaway rewards requires that the booking be completed through an official G6 channel and remain uncancelled until check-out.
  7. Participants must be logged in to the My6 mobile app at the time of booking to be eligible for the Giveaway.
  8. The Promotional Period and eligibility determination will be based on the participant's applicable local time zone. A reasonable technical time buffer may apply around the Promotional Period start and end times.
  9. G6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Giveaway, and to disqualify any participant in the event of misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law.

6. Rewards and Promotional Gifts

6.1 Rewards

  1. Participants completing a valid qualifying booking during the Promotional Period are automatically eligible for the Giveaway and may receive one (1) of the rewards described below, subject to the selection process outlined in Section 7.
  2. Six (6) selected winners will each be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary night stay at any participating Motel 6 or Studio 6 property, subject to:
    • The stay being completed within the redemption period specified by G6.
    • Applicable room availability and blackout dates.
  3. Amazon Vouchers and Uber Eats Vouchers, where awarded, will be delivered via email to the email address associated with the participant's qualifying booking.

6.2 Mutually Exclusive Rewards

  1. Each participant is eligible to receive only one (1) reward.
  2. Participants receiving a complimentary night stay will not also receive an Amazon or Uber Eats Voucher, and vice versa.
  3. No participant may receive multiple complimentary nights or multiple vouchers.

7. Reward Selection Process

  1. Winners will be selected using an automated randomization tool from among eligible entries.
  2. Only valid, completed, and uncancelled qualifying bookings will be eligible for the selection process.

8. Reward Notification and Claim

  1. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their qualifying booking.
  2. Winners must claim their reward within 15 calendar days of receiving notification. Any unclaimed reward will be forfeited.
  3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except at G6's sole discretion and subject to applicable law.

9. Additional Conditions

  1. G6 reserves the right to verify a participant's identity, booking details, and eligibility before awarding any reward.
  2. Rewards are provided “as-is” without any warranty or guarantee, except where prohibited by applicable law.
  3. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other obligations arising from the acceptance or use of a reward, to the extent applicable.

10. Publicity Consent

  1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant G6 a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use their name, likeness, and photographs for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. Participants acknowledge and consent to G6's use of personal data for purposes related to the Giveaway, as described in G6's Privacy Policy.

11. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with G6's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Limitations of Liability

  1. G6 is not liable for:
    1. Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected bookings.
    2. Technical errors, system failures, or service interruptions.
    3. Booking cancellations made by participants.
    4. Incorrect, invalid, or outdated contact information.
    5. Force majeure events or other circumstances beyond G6's reasonable control.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G6's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall not exceed the value of the applicable promotional reward.

14. Disqualification

  1. G6 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
    1. Tampers with the booking or entry process.
    2. Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
    3. Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper conduct.
    4. Violates these Terms and Conditions.
  2. All disqualification decisions made by G6 are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Amendments

  1. G6 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, subject to applicable law.
  2. Any material changes will be posted on G6's official Terms & Conditions page and will take effect upon publication, unless otherwise specified.

16. Brand Disclaimer

  1. Uber Eats is not affiliated with, endorsing, or sponsoring this Giveaway in any capacity.

18. Final Provisions

  1. Completion of a qualifying booking signifies the participant's full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. This document constitutes the entire agreement governing the 6th Drop Savings Day Promotional Benefit Giveaway and supersedes all prior communications or understandings relating to the Giveaway.
