The air conditioning is excellent, the rooms are consistently clean and roomy, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy my stays here; the prices are reasonable, and I'm always pleased with my accommodations. My only minor issue has been the presence of spotted lantern fly nymphs outside, particularly on the balcony and the side gate, likely from the nearby trees, but thankfully, there are never any bugs inside the rooms. Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel itself.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived closed to 10pm and the front desk was very welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable and we got such a great night's sleep. The room was big so we had enough room to setup our dog's bed and food bowls. This will be our favorite hotel to stay at when we visit that area.
