All was pretty good, except that whoever does the website for booking (on the company end) needs to update the information. The printout of the room confirmation stated that check in was at 2pm, but the desk staff had it at 3pm. Not a major issue, but just a bit of extra to go do something else and come back an hour later (which I wouldn't have done had it been noted correctly on the site).
