The most impressive part of my stay was your receptionist Kasandra. I believe she was the receptionist not 100% sure because she displayed the hospitality skills of a manager. She solved every problem in a very short period of time. She followed up to make sure everything was in order. She is a superstar.

We did feel a little nervous staying there. When we arrived, there was a man and woman screaming at each other in the parking lot. The man at the front desk was very nice and gave us a room close to the desk. Everything worked out fine in the end.
