I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which offers great rates and a genuinely nice atmosphere. When I realized I had left my charger in the room, I reached out to them, and they promptly called me back a few hours later to let me know they had found it. Their attentiveness and honesty truly impressed me, especially since not all places would go to that effort. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and your integrity in San Francisco!

I had a delightful stay here! The rates are incredibly fair for the quality of service they provide. I accidentally left my favorite book in the room, and when I reached out, they were super helpful and assured me they’d check. They called back shortly to let me know they had found it! It’s that kind of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. I truly appreciated the genuine care they show to their guests.
