The receptionist could lighten up a bit. We arrived very late and were tired after a day long trip. He was visibly agitated with us checking in that late. Rooms were very large. Not so clean as one…

The clerk at front desk was super sweet. Listened to my concerns about safety. I was able to get a room down stairs. I am 75 years old found it difficult climbing stairs. She was outstanding.
