Welcome to Motel 6 – whether you’re one of our life-long customers or whether it’s your first visit with us – we appreciate your business. We trust you’ll find our web site helpful in finding and booking a room at a conveniently located Motel 6 and a clean, comfortable bed.

As always, you can count on Motel 6 to offer you the best price of any national chain at our more than 1,000 locations nationwide. In keeping with that promise, and to pack more value into your room, we continue the renovation of our properties coast to coast. More than 60 percent of our properties have been updated to our new look, and we will continue this renovation process, which includes the introduction of our totally new, modern Motel 6 design in 2009 – the first in 12 years.

The new design features flat screen TVs, wood-effect flooring and a modern look with the no-frills practical functionality you’ve come to expect from Motel 6. The renovation process is underway, and the new Motel 6 design will be available in approximately 80 Motel 6 locations by 2010.

For those looking for adventure on the American road, we’ve also launched Goin6.com – a site that features road trips through many of the country’s favorite destinations. The premise behind "Goin'6" is simple. By staying and saving at Motel 6, you’ve got the opportunity to spend more money on food, fun and entertainment and less on your room.

As always, we continue to do our part to reduce our carbon footprint. Last year, we finished our rollout of the Motel 6 Fluorescent Light bulb and Battery Recycling Program, and we continue our pursuit of high energy-efficiency by installing a growing number of green technologies in our properties including occupancy sensors in rooms and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.
